Sumisho Motor Finance Corporation is a joint venture company established between Philippine Savings Bank, GT Capital, and Sumitomo Corporation (Japan). It is under the direct supervision of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and guidance of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
