Our Objectives:

*Provide capacity development and full ICT technical services to CPU’s partner organizations, i.e. POs, grassroots-oriented NGOs and other like-minded voluntary organisations in civil society.

*Become an institution of alternate ICT use.

*Propagate “ICT for the People” as an alternative view* of ICT application.
